
Öncü Yazılım, with its product PDM that is intended for the establishments active in the service sector, has defined both short-term and long-term objectives.
The following are among the short-term objectives:
In the first three months, the first connections of PDM at the specified establishments shall be made and smooth operation of PDM shall be ensured in line with the received comments and recommendations. In the next three months, the target is direct sales to the leading establishments in food & beverage and accommodation sector and to take place in visual and printed media. The strategy aimed for the end of the first year on the other hand is to have PDM ready for use at the restaurants, cafes and accommodation establishments.
To decrease the cost of PDM for the establishments by having the position to arrange the taking of the ads between the contracted establishments and the establishments that want to give ads on PDM and concluding sponsorship agreements with big companies working with our target customer audience and to increase the number of customers are among our objectives we have defined for the first year. In terms of long term objectives on the other hand we are aiming to increase the market share and profitability in accommodation and food & beverage sector and to continue being a leader, to revise PDM in line with the emerging needs, to carry PDM to health, logistics and household areas and extend as to create innovative solutions and ultimately to announce PDM system in the global market.
